Juan David, if you use Visual Studio use the template not this. Also is only compatible with WP10 not 8.1 but you can add this line to add compatibility to windows phone 8.1 .config(function ($compileProvider) { $compileProvider.aHrefSanitizationWhitelist(/^\s*(https?|file|mailto|ms-appx):/) })

we are building a windows 10 application that will be accessed from a dell hybrid laptop. in the future we may also want to create an iOS and Android version of the tablet app. Can this template be used to build this app?

Hi Stuart, this template can give you the best experience only on phone. Probably will work in tablets but not with the perfect experiencie and support.
